Description
Transfer of knowledge to the students is successful, if the teacher is capable of doing so. An unintelligent, mechanical and uninspiring teacher is ‘bad luck’ for the students. To remove this shortcoming the only way is to discover joy in the very process of teaching. Joyful expostulation is inspiration. When the inspiration is transferred from the teachers to the students, it is motivation. Thus, teacher is successful, if she is able to motivate the student to take the study joyfully and not as a burden.
This talk was given to the teachers of SIES School and subsequently the audio tapes were circulated among many schools throughout India. I am sure this will prove to be an assets to the teaching community.
